Welcome to Hotel Tacuba
Hotel Tacuba stands as a modest yet practical choice in the Miguel Hidalgo borough of Ciudad de México. Nestled on Golfo Gabes Street, this 4.1-rated establishment offers a calm retreat away from the bustling tourist hubs.
The rooms, while compact, provide clean and comfortable accommodations. Guests appreciate the affordable rates, complemented by essential amenities such as free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and free parking—a rare convenience in this urban setting. However, the hotel’s thin walls and limited parking space suggest one should temper expectations regarding space and soundproofing.
Though not situated in a prime tourist area, Hotel Tacuba's location brings guests close to key attractions. Visitors can explore the culturally rich Polanco district, admire the sculptures at the Soumaya Museum, and savor views of Chapultepec Castle. The hotel’s proximity to main avenues facilitates easy access to these sites, making it a suitable base for those seeking an authentic city experience beyond the tourist trails.
While lacking amenities like a fitness center, pet-friendly accommodations, or an airport shuttle, Hotel Tacuba meets the essential needs for a short, budget-conscious stay. Its quiet atmosphere invites guests to unwind, yet its convenience keeps the excitement of the city within reach. Overall, it appeals to travelers who value practicality and comfort over luxury, blending affordability with a tangible sense of place in Mexico City.

Ok place, hidden, comfy, but the walls are too thin, the parking space is little, but affordable nevertheless
Not a very touristic location, but near main avenues and common useful places. Rooms are ok, clean and comfortable, but small. It doesn't have a great variety of TV channels. Stayed overnight for a fair price.
